CADIE'S BEAUTY We are a boutique style salon located in Charlottetown, PE. We strive to go above and beyond for our guests. We specialize in custom blondes, balayage and hand-tied hair extensions. Ongoing education and customer service are our number one priorities.

WELCOME

We can't wait to meet you! The experience starts when you submit an appointment request through our online booking page. After you submit your request, we'll double check that the date, time, and service suits your specific needs, and we will make it a date! The day of your appointment, you will pull up to the cutest little salon on the westside of CADIE'S BEAUTY. We have great location, and you'll know you found the right spot when you see all of our plants in the window.

Once you receive a text message from your stylist that everything has been disinfected and that we are ready for you, we ask that you make your way inside where we can sit down and have a thorough consultation. Here, we will discuss not only the details of your first visit, but also a long-term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met. If you're here for colour, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in our system so that it's always ready and waiting for you at each visit. We will finish our service by styling, and of course, the Instagram photoshoot. We will recommend at home styling care to recreate and maintain your look and set you up for your next maintenance appointment.

NEW GUEST COLOUR SERVICES

As a new client, we'll require extra time for a thorough consultation and proper time to create the looks you see on our page! After the initial service, your maintenance services will be at our regular colour prices.

Maintenance appointment pricing applies to clients who receive services every 1-5 months. For clients wishing to go 6 months or longer, that’s no problem, but you will need to select a new client block at the time of rebooking to ensure we have ample time to reconnect and reassess your hair goals.

Pricing is broken down into different time blocks to eliminate the confusion of figuring out what service or look to book. The more time that is booked, the more we can achieve in one session (providing optimal colour conditions apply).

GUEST EXPERIENCE #1

This block of time is best suited for someone looking to refresh their colour with a partial highlight, maintain their regrowth, update their toner or wanting an all-over colour. (2 hour appointment)

If your hair is either thick, has dark artificial colour in it, or is past your collar bone, please select Guest Experience #2 for a little extra time to ensure we can meet your needs.

GUEST EXPERIENCE #2

This block of time is best suited for someone looking to start the journey of going lighter or are currently light and wanting to fine-tune your colour. Most of our looks require multiple sessions 2-4 months apart, so this would be a good place to start. (3 hour appointment)

If your hair is either thick, has dark artificial colour in it, or is past your collar bone, please select Guest Experience #3 for a little extra time to ensure we can meet your needs.

GUEST EXPERIENCE #3

This block of time is best suited for someone looking for a big change in one session. If you need to have several issues addressed with your hair such as adding a substantial amount of blonde, highlights and lowlights, banding or splotches, controlling brassiness or warmth, grey coverage, or you haven’t had your hair coloured in more than 6 months. (4 hour appointment)

If your hair is either thick, has dark artificial colour in it, or is past your collar bone, please select Guest Experience #4 for a little extra time to ensure we can meet your needs.

NEW GUEST EXPERIENCE #4

This block of time is best suited for someone looking for intricate colour techniques. This is an experience if you’re wanting to go significantly lighter, or ashier, require base coverage, highlights, lowlights, have multiple bands of colour, or when extreme caution needs to be taken to avoid breakage when going lighter and there are damage issues present. (5 hour appointment)

HAIRCUTS

If you’d like to add-on a haircut to your colour service, please select Haircut Add-On to Colour to ensure you give your stylist the extra time needed to customize a haircut suited just for you.

Colour Correction Work

For the big transformations. we recommend booking in for a complimentary consultation. if you're wanting to go lighter but you have artificial colour (professional or box) on your hair already, you may require a colour correction. (4 hr+)

TREATMENTS

Olaplex

We like to think of olaplex as insurance for your hair. this two-step in-salon process not only protects, but also strengthens and repairs your hair. we highly recommend adding olaplex to any blonding service as it's an important part in maintaining the health of your hair. (15 min)

Detoxifying Mud-Mask

It gently eliminates deep impurities from the hair and scalp stressed by polluting substances. (15 min)

Salt Scrub Treatment

Scrub shampoo with sea salt. it refreshes the scalp and removes impurities, product residues and polluting particles. it gives texture to the hair and keeps it clean and light for longer. winner best clarifying treatment 2020, women's health. (5 min)

Extra Product Charge

Extra product charges may apply for guests with thick/long hair or for hair transformations

SALON GUIDELINES

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our time is valuable and if you are unable to make it to your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows for us to try and fill the appointment. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

PRE-WASH

Please arrive for your hair service with dry, clean hair. This ensures that there is no excess of product build up. For optimal results, we suggest that you wash your hair 12-24 hours prior to your scheduled hair service.

MASKS

Please bring a mask. Masks are mandatory at all times in our salon, unless taking a sip of a drink. If you’re receiving a colour service, we ask that you bring one with you that is not special to you as colour may get on it.

CHECKING IN

Although we enjoy your company, we are a small boutique salon and we ask that you please show up a maximum of 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Feel free to check-in through the salon and let your stylist know that you’ve arrived and then head down to The Guild Coffee + Lifestyle. Otherwise you can wait for your stylist to send you a complimentary text if you’d rather wait in your vehicle.
